REFERRALS

Referring a new client lets you receive $40 off your next service or product.  The new client's treatment must be completed for balance to take effect. This balance can only go towards services or products, and holds no cash value.

LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY

Treatment times are not only valuable customer experience, but your aesthetician's and next clients' experience as well. Skin by Kendra, LLC will always strive to complete the entire treatment efficiently - with the best results - within the remaining appointment time; however, if we feel there isn't enough time to complete a quality treatment, we maintain the right to reschedule your appointment time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late, or no showing, may result in a cancelation fee -100% of the treatment cost- as well as an appointment cancellation. We hope you can understand and respect these terms. Certain life circumstances may void the cancelation or no-show fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel an appointment, we request you contact us 24 hours in advance.  All cancelations under the 24 hour in advance contact policy result in a 100% cost of treatment cancellation fee. This allows Skin by Kendra, LLC to properly compensate our aestheticians for their time. 

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Skin by Kendra, LLC holds the right to refuse any client based on set reasons. Clients who arrive before or after business hours, rowdy or disruptive behavior, and/or may have the intent to threaten the health and safety of employees. The bond between a client and their aesthetician should always remain professional. There is zero tolerance for aggresive or sexual behavior. Depending on the offense, you may be permanently banned from entering the premises and scheduling future appointments.
